All membership and event fees are due at checkout, and will be non-refundable.

Organization memberships may be transferred from one employee to another in the event of staffing changes within a nonprofit.

If a participant has to cancel participation for an event, they may assign their ticket to an alternate attendee, or they may obtain a credit to a future event if they cancel at least 48 hours prior to the event.
