Karyn Linn joined Big Buzz Idea Group in 2023. She brings with her over 30 years of association management experience, having spent most of her career at a national professional association focused on leadership training, organizational development, and relationship building among key constituents. The African proverb, “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” serves as a compass for her work. She is passionate about helping associations increase their ability to do good work by implementing better practices in nonprofit governance, leadership and organizational development, and stakeholder engagement. All with the goal of helping these purpose-driven organizations make the world better for the communities they serve.
Karyn is certified as a Strategic Planning Professional by the International Association for Strategy Professionals (IASP) and as a Certified Association Executive (CAE) by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE). She is a member of IASP, ASAE, and the Association Forum in Chicago, where she serves on the CAE Working Group.
