Jill McCall (JD/MBA/CAE), a highly experienced nonprofit leader, is excited to serve in the executive staff role for the LAI-Ely Chapter. McCall’s peers list her core strengths as leadership, strategic planning and training. She enjoys seeking out points of collaboration and hidden stakeholders. Her favorite pandemic work was creating mastermind groups for women: a virtual one for nonprofit executives and an in-person one for construction company owners.
Prior to this work, McCall spent 15 years with the American Bar Association as a career counselor and education executive and five years with a local construction organization as its top executive.
McCall is a lawyer who trained as a journalist and secured her MBA in leadership and change management. She currently lives in Chicagoland with her husband, five children and West Highland White Terrier.
