NAWBO Chicago : Systems

Project Summary:

NAWBO Chicago tasked Big Buzz Idea Group with creating new systems and reorganizing the organization’s current systems for improved efficiency. The robust, active organization needed Big Buzz to streamline processes, create and manage timelines, and help its behind-the-scenes work flow seamlessly.

Project Results:

Big Buzz Idea Group improved the organization’s workflow and communication processes in all areas. The Big Buzz team provides board members with clear goals, action steps, deadlines, and how-to documents. This consistency and clarity allows board members to easily locate and use information and carry out tasks in a timely manner. 

With a reliable meeting schedule, clear ongoing communication, and concise, organized documents, Big Buzz has helped NAWBO Chicago execute large-scale initiatives, such as the annual Celebration of Achievement conference event, with great success and continue to break new ground as an organization.
