When NAWBO Chicago’s executive director departed, the organization brought in Big Buzz Idea Group to provide leadership support and management services. Big Buzz functions as an extension of the organization, providing a personalized, service-oriented approach that serves as a constant, even as board members change over time.
Project Results:
Because Big Buzz Idea Group offers a full range of management services, NAWBO Chicago could eliminate additional expenses put toward employee payroll tax and benefits, a virtual assistant, an event planning company, an accountant, and a newsletter service. This consolidation of partners yielded a 30 percent budget savings.
With Big Buzz handling tactical management tasks and external communications, the NAWBO Chicago board can focus on building a community of high-level camaraderie and carrying out strategic, visionary work.
