Project Summary:
The NAWBO Chicago board felt the need to bring all communications under one team for consistency and cohesiveness. Big Buzz Idea Group took on the task of overseeing communications, including email blasts, newsletters, event announcements, social media posts and advertising, as well as bringing a deeper authenticity to NAWBO Chicago’s messaging.
Project Results:
With Big Buzz leading all communications, NAWBO Chicago presents consistent messaging and processes. Big Buzz Idea Group has segmented communications to target different audiences and repackaged separate dedicated messages into an organized weekly and monthly format for greater efficiency and impact.
Communications now include photos of NAWBO Chicago members and events, rather than stock photos, and showcase member features, which promotes relationship building and increases value for featured members. Big Buzz has also used video to further grow engagement and provides regular reporting to the board on the effectiveness of all communication channels.
